We principally do this by hosting short-term (1-365 day) activities such as events, filming and creative projects in commercial property at sites in London and across the UK.

Our primary focus is on commercial property portfolios and our clients include corporates, public sector and not-for-profit organisations as well as commercial property companies/developers. Our customers include businesses in the media production, advertising, retail, marketing,  communications, facilities and logistics sectors.

Over the last 5 years, SPACE-2 has taken a creative approach to the issue of under-utilised, vacant or non-income generating property enabling our large customer base to access and use space for a range of activities which are by their nature short-notice and ultra short-term (1-365 days) in duration.

Following 2 1/2 years in-house with the UK's leading property company, Land Securities Plc, we have developed a range of services (listed left) to formalise our approach to managing and promoting space for these activities and we are constantly evolving the business to meet the needs of both our property clients and business/media customers alike.

Our customers include most of the UK's media production companies as well as creative businesses, corporates, not-for-profits and government organisations. Our clients include a number of property companies, private investors/property funds, managing agents and private landlords as well as owner occupiers, developers, educational establishments and utilities/railway operators.
