The SPACE-2 team

Mark graduated in law from the University of Exeter and stayed on for a sabbatical year as the University's RAG Charities Events Co-ordinator. He then worked for one of the UK's leading commercial conference companies, initially as a conference producer and then as the Head of the Defence Team.

He then went on to set-up MSM Conferences, a spin-off division of a financial publishers, before moving to work at one of the UK's leading technology PR companies as their Event Services Manager. During these years, Mark also had his own promotions company which he ran in his spare time, running in-store events for the likes of House of Fraser and charity club nights during the weekends.

Before setting up SPACE-2 Consulting, Mark spent 2 1/2 years in-house with the UK's largest commercial property company, Land Securities Plc, as their Business Development Manager, Events and Film Locations. During this time, Mark secured and managed over 300 filming and event activities across a broad range of film, tv and event productions.

Louise worked as a conference producer for 12 months with commercial conference company, SMI following her graduation from University College, London in Psychology. She then worked at Land Securities in the role of Filming & Events Co-ordinator for 12 months before travelling round the world for a year. On her return she re-joined the commercialisation team in her original role and joined SPACE-2 in May 2006.

She has co-ordinated in excess of 200 shoots and 20 events and is in charge of training SPACE-2’s freelance location & event co-ordinators.

We have a team of freelance location and event co-ordinators who work with us on projects as and when they are required enabling us to offer a high standard of service as well as specialisations in different skill areas.
