A word which means many things to many different clients. However, we regard commercialization as an opportunity to develop business opportunities, add value and deliver additional revenue from existing property assets outside of conventional leasing models. We like to develop a service that delivers “property on demand” to a wide range of non-property customers – whose demand for property is not based on what it is but what it enables them to do. We consider all possible revenue streams and enable a client to decide which options can be accommodated. We then promote and manage those services to our customers.
